With a personal relationship with SOTOGRANDE’s founding and a professional dedication in the area since 1982, Roberto Mendoza Baisas, Jose Manuel Rodriguez Silva and Óscar Ortega Calvo become asocciates in October 2000, developing their architecture practice under the professional firm GP23 ARQUITECTOS in Galerías Paniagua, within the Urbanización Sotogrande (San Roque, Cádiz).
At present, the study continues developing his work on the fields of architecture, urban planning and construction under the direction of Jose Manuel Rodríguez Silva, and in close collaboration with the architect Jorge Manuel Nunes Ferreira and the quantity surveyor Javier Vega Domínguez, working in each project and each work to achieve the best functional and aesthetic response, adapting each building to its environment and the needs of the client.
GP23 ARQUITECTOS has established throughout twenty years of activity a network of external collaborators, following the current trends in collaborative work models. This network is made up of professionals from all fields related to the Architecture, such as engineers and quantity surveyors, as well as lawyers and others professions that participate in one way or another in our profesional activity, which allows us to provide a complete service in the development of the projects, as well as in other types of specific works. Each Project requires a personal and singular solution, so that the final result must be unique and adapted to the particular needs of the client, just as apprpriate to the environment.
